At GEM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
